It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Deloris Thompson (Spokane, Washington), who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, JaOscar Shines Sr. and Catherine Shines; and her siblings, JaOscar Shines Jr., Wanda Ann Shines and Patricia Bradford.
She is survived by: her husband Curtis Paul Thompson; her daughters, Latisha Hill (Eric) and Cherice Tetzlaff (Jon); her grandchildren, Elliot Hill, Elijah, Zoe and Amelia Tetzlaff; her siblings, Donna Bennett and Joseph Shines (Masumi); and her brother-in-law David Bradford (Erica). She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in her name to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Inland Northwest chapter and the American Heart Association.
