He is survived by: his sons, Steve McMullen of Medical Lake and Brad McMullen of Bellevue, Washington.; his wife Diane McMullen; his sister Shelley Holden (Peter); and his grandchildren, David, John, Matt, Cian, Cate McMullen, Max and Jack Steadman.
