James Elmer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Elmer (Spokane, Washington), who passed away on January 6, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Elmer to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leigh Elmer and Margaret Elmer; and his sister Laurel Noble. He is survived by: his wife Sue Elmer; his children, Carolyn Lineback (Paul), Tina Morris (Alex) and Rob Elmer (Abigail); his grandchildren, Megan, Elizabeth, Ian Lineback, Aaron and Darren Morris; his siblings, John Elmer (Ari) and Peggy Wade (James); his brother-in-law Duane Noble; and his niece Meghan Roepker.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 12209 E Mission Ave # 4, Spokane Valley, WA 99206.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Jim's name to a scholarship fund he and Sue established at WSU for Construction Management students.
