He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kristen Smalley of Raleigh, NC, Geoff Brown (Jennifer) of Santa Barbara, CA, Paul Warner (Pam) of Pullman, WA and Ryan Warner (Kate) of Spokane, WA; and his grandchildren, Jack and Mia.
