She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Imo Franklin (Rice) and Clyde Franklin; her sons, William F. Smith, Raymond C. Werner and Dean A. Werner; her daughter-in-law Sharon Werner; her granddaughters, Marcie Marie Werner and Karine Lei Werner; and her siblings, Betty and Neal C. Franklin.
She is survived by: her friend Clyde E. Davidson; her son James L. Werner; her daughter-in-law Barbara D. Werner of Spokane Valley; her children, Michael A. Werner (Jane) of Tucson, Richard C. Werner (Janice) of Colville and JulieAnn Fournier (John) of Cheney; her sister Pamela Clydene Franklin; and her sister-in-law Gail Franklin. She is also survived by her 26 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
