He was predeceased by: his parents, Felipe J. and Elaine M. Cruz, Sr.; his sister-in-law Kim Shandley; and his parents-in-law, James Groesbeck and Kathleen Sorenson.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki A. Cruz of Spokane, Washington.; his children, David Polzin (Julie), Todd Polzin (Dawn) and Laura K. Greeley (Mike); his siblings, Felipe J. Cruz, Jr. (Ellen), Louis Cruz (Eileen), Daniel Cruz (Tammi), James Cruz (Cheryl), Rose Ebanks (Bert) and Suzanne Cruz (Joe); and his brother-in-law Ned Groesbeck (Kris). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends.
