He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Collins (Owsley); his daughters, Angela Marie Collins and Alicia Renee Collins; his siblings, Charles Collins, Nelson Collins (Karen) and Margaret Gilbert (Joe); and his grandchildren, Shelby Renee Collins, Zachary LeLand Miller, Ariane Nicole Collins, Braden Edward Birkey, Christian Andrew Collins and Myah Ann Collins. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
