He is survived by: his wife Sandra K Christensen; his brother Charles; his brother-in-law Michael; his children, Chris, Scott, Lisa and Nancy; his grandchildren, Ambyr, Kristen, Joshua, Erin, Damon and Brodie; and his great grandchildren, Karson, Kennedy and Rory.
