He is survived by: his children, Shelly Garofalo (Puyallup) and Grant Garofalo (Kelly) of Tacoma; his brothers, Roger Garofalo (RaeAnn) and Gary Garofalo (Marlene) of Mesa, Arizona.; his grandchildren, Xander and Nyssa Garofalo; his nephews, Chad, Chris, Curt and Nicolas Garofalo; and his niece Vanessa Stephens.
