He is survived by: his wife Leta Burns of Spokane; his children, Wayne Burns of Spokane, Cary Burns of Spokane and Leanne Burns of Spokane; and his brother Ron Burns of Spokane. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
