It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Tracy of Spokane, Washington, who passed away on February 4, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Walt; his siblings, John, Chet and Julia Kinsolving; and his stepchildren, Roy F Bemis, Jr. and Gwen Brightwell.
He is survived by: his brother Phil; his former wife Joanne Yount; his son Fred Jr.; his wife Wilma Friedlander; his daughters, Theresa Snyder, Kathy Woodland (Ed) and Debbie White (Wayne); his son-in-law Larry Snyder; and his sister-in-law Vickie Bemis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, nine grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and one great, great grandson along with his wonderful friends and neighbors.
