She was predeceased by: her parents, Tin Yat Mak and Siu Ngor Seto Mak; her parents-in-law, Dan and Sharon Haworth; and her brother-in-law Dan Griggs.
She is survived by: her husband Brian Haworth; her children, Nicholas Haworth and Brianna Haworth; her siblings, Fanny Mak, Nellie Chou (Thomas), Siu Mak, Linda Mak, Jeannie Mak, Timothy Mak and Terry Mak; her stepmother Dong Bao Mak; her close friend Mindy Oaks (Bill); and her goddaughter Rebecca Oaks. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
