He is survived by: his girlfriend Liza Rodriguez of Everett, Washington.; his father Theodore Otteson; his stepmother April Otteson of Spokane, Washington.; his children, Caleb Lombard and Ariana Lombard of Maple Valley, WA.; his siblings, Justin Tremain, Payton Tremain, Andrew Otteson of Bend, OR, Adam Otteson of Spokane, WA., Anna Marie Otteson of Bristol, NH and Abigail Otteson of Spokane, WA.; and the mother of his children Ashley Jones.
