She is survived by: her husband David A. Kilgore; her children, Sarah Jane, Noah and Riley; her parents, Stan Carlisle and Angie Carlisle; her brothers, Adam and Daniel Fazio; and her grandmother Barbara Pettit. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
