He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Napier and Eva Napier; his son Shannon; and his siblings, Danny, Kenneth, Bobby and Eileen.

He is survived by: his daughter Savina Robinson; and his siblings, Patty Comer and Dale Napier. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and all his nieces and nephews.
