He is survived by: his parents, Edward Kaio and Pauline Kaio; his wife Christine; his children, Kelsey Machtolf (Luke), Pierson Villarrubia and Coleman Villarrubia; his sisters, Kapena Kaio and Roberta Kaio-Maddox (Steve); his nephews, Aaron Kaio (Katie) and Konnar Kaio-Maddox (Emalee); his niece Korina Kaio-Maddox (Dane); and his grandchildren, Wyatt, Hannah, Joseph, Nathanael and Royal.
