Dorothy Lugo Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Lugo (Spokane, Washington), who passed away on January 27, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar L. Bessey and Fanny E. Bessey (Holmes); her brother Donald E. Bessey of Lindsay, CA; and her pet Penny. She is survived by: her nephew Zack Parazoo; her daughter Angela D. (Eric); and her siblings, Betty Parazoo (Joe) of Addy, WA, Bonnie Williams (Howard) of Spokane Valley and David Bessey (Cindy) of Coeur d'Alene, ID. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Dorothy has asked that donations be made to SCRAPS, 6815 E Trent, Spokane Valley, WA 99212; and/or to animal shelters, for the care/placement of animals.
