She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William McDonald and Ethel McDonald; her husband Ernest H Matthews; her children, Brian Ernest, Sandra Lynn Dicken (Jack) and Gregory William; her granddaughters, Annette Ripley (Scott), Michelle Hafer (Todd), Lisa Williams (Mark) and Stephanie Colombo (David); her great grandchildren, Angelia Wurster (James), Tyler Hafer, Joshua Rogers, Maranda Colombo, Harley Colombo and Evan Williams; and her great great grandchild Rylan Rogers.
