She was predeceased by: her son Micheal Bray; her sister Virginia Coppersmith; her grandson Kirk Bray; her husbands, Ted Bray and Lloyd Dean; and her parents, John Taylor and Ruth Taylor. She is also survived by 2 sisters, 4 children, 17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Barton School in Doris' honor.
