She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter and Bessie Riggin; her husband Dutch; her son Richard; her grandsons, Jesse and Jedekiah; and her siblings, Dorothy, Aileen, Faye, Naomi, Wyman, Denny, Jimmy and Gary.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly, Julene, William and Andrea; and her siblings, Georgia, Donny and Franny. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.
