She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thelma Duarte and Frank Duarte; her husband Dan Warner; and her daughter Rachel Warner. She was also cherished by her sisters, brother, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Donna retired in 2019 shortly after she and Dan moved to Spokane and in spite of a global pandemic followed by a cancer diagnosis and treatment, she made the absolute most of enjoying her retirement.
