He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Mackey Aulava (Sam) of Federal Way, Kathy Mackey Simons (Neil) of Spokane and Michelle Mackey Williams (Steve) of Olympia, Wash.; his grandchildren, Austin Aulava (Paige), Olivia Aulava, Madeleine Simons, Megan Williams, Cade Williams (Olivia), Natalie Williams and Amira Williams; and his great grandchildren, Halston and Maeve Williams.
