He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Kellogg; his parents, William Kellogg and Carmen Kellogg; and his brother James Kellogg. He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Felton and Jenny Kellogg; and his children, Jim, Mike, Lisa and Rick Kellogg. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
