He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Leroy Lewis and Tera Ona Pease; and his son Darrell. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Cooper; his siblings, Linzy and Elnora; and his nieces and nephews, Glenna, Dale (Denice), Tera and Paul. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
