She was predeceased by: her father Everett Jolley; and her brother Kenny. She is survived by: her mother Marjorie Rose Peone; her son Quentin Hoffman (Brandi); her grandchildren, Gideon and Olivia Hoffman; her children, Morgen Hoffman (Jake) and Kayden Hoffman; her stepmother Christy Jolley; and her siblings, Judy Todd (Bob), Linda Phipps, Jim Jolley (Beverly), Gene Jolley (Diane) and Dan Jolley (Kathy). She is also survived by nieces as a second loving and kind mother.
