It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Kay Buffin (Spokane, Washington), who passed away on September 5, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Cross and Lawrence Wilburn Cross; her brothers, Robert Cross (Sandy) and Larry Cross; her son William Thomas Buffin; and her niece Kathy Smith (Todd).
She is survived by: her husband Ira Thomas Buffin; her children, Richard Jackson (Deb), Stacy Morris (Bob), Jack Buffin (Kay), Myra Schloemer and Sharon Mitchell (Sidney); her sister Page Cross; her daughter-in-law Michelle Eichstead; and her grandchildren, Zachary Jackson, Dillon Jackson, Jonathan Richardson, Jordan Richardson, Jason Buffin (Mary), Michelle Kobb (Jonathan), Blake Buffin (Lauren), Jessica Lemaster (Shawn), Aryn Schloemer (Alexander Caillat), Brandon Schloemer (Jessica Martin), Lauren Wilson (Adam), Sebastian Mitchell (Carol) and Sam Mitchell. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
