He was predeceased by: his parents, Todd Blair and Mamie Blair; his siblings, Ralph Blair and Betty Zurlinden (Margaret); and also Leslie Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann McNamee; and his children, John Michael Blair (Sherry) of Spokane, Robert Patrick Blair of Newport, WA and Benita Blair Leavy (Kevin) of Spokane Valley. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great-grandchildren.
