It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Lewis of Spokane, Washington, born in Colfax, Washington, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Heilsberg and Christine Heilsberg (Filan); her sister Karen Heilsberg Johns; and her parents-in-law, Bob Lewis and Peggye Lewis.

She is survived by: her husband Mark Lewis of Spokane; her children, Matthew Lewis and Kristi Lewis; her granddaughters, Breille, Riley and Ariel; her siblings, Cathy Heilsberg O'Rourke and Jim Heilsberg (Sandy); and her siblings-in-law, Cheri Lewis Folk (Gary) and Jack Lewis (Cheryl). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“I think we have close connections with the people we meet early in our lives. Cindy and I were classmates and partners on stage for several shows. We went to Europe together, and I admired her ability to meet new people and make new friends. out of new acquaintances. I saw her as a talented and disciplined singer and actress who brought her strengths to her real life. Condolences to friends and family for she is gone too soon.”
