He is survived by: his wife Izola Tate; his children, Clarence Tate of Seattle, Angela Tate-Amos (Sterling) of University Place, Washington, Shalonda Tate and Hennessey Tate of Spokane; and his siblings, Curtis Tate Sr. (Ruby) of Proctor, Arkansas, Michael Tate (Jennette) of Memphis, Lena Tate of Jennette, Arkansas, Joyce Dorsey of Decatur, Illinois, Delphine Handley of Jennette, Arkansas and Machelle Smith of West Memphis, Arkansas.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends who were touched by his kindness.
Viewing was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hennessey Funeral Home - Division (2203 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99207). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
