He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A Voelker and Rosetta A Voelker. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; and his children, Mary (Mark), David (Dawn), Charles (Joan), John (Donna), Jim (Carie) and Tom (Jenni). He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Poor-Clare Nuns or House of Charity.
