It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Mae Low (Spokane, Washington), born in Havre, Montana, who passed away on June 27, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Floyd Low; her children, Phil Low, Glen Low, Carol Waddell (Bob) and Shirley Hill Dave (Gary); and her parents, John Baker and Bertha Baker. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Horizon Hospice.
