She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred C. Judd and Betty J. Judd. She is survived by: her friends, Karen, Chris and Dottie; her husband Richard "Dick" Belton; her sisters, Caroline and Celinda; her cousins, Janelle Stavig, Kurt Miller and Georgia Heir; and also, Julie, Kathy and Beth.
Carol requested that instead of flowers donations may be made to Shriners Hospital, Renal Transplant Center in Spokane, or Parkinson's research. Also please consider organ donation.
