He was predeceased by: his father James. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Brinker; his sons, Brenden Cutter (April) of New York, NY and Alec Cutter of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; his siblings, Sandra Cutter, Michael Cutter, Bonnie Speich (Al) and Sharon Olmeda; and his grandson Kirby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
