He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth; his daughter Cheryl Koch; his daughters-in-law, Joanie Depner and Tish Depner; and his sisters, Gladys and Helen Nordlund.
He is survived by: his children, James Depner, Dan Depner (Roberta), Jerry Depner (Christine), Steve Depner, Greg Depner, Joe Depner, Chuck Depner and Mary Johnson (Rob); and his siblings, Earl Depner, Ed Depner and Patricia Gomm. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
