Anthony William Maucione Jr. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony William Maucione Jr. of Spokane, Washington, born in Yakima, Washington, who passed away on March 19, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Maucione Sr. and Bette Maucione; and his father-in-law Lee Bayley. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Anthony, Dominic and Juliana; his siblings, Mayo Crismon and Jeff Maucione; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Tierney (Gene), Nancy Erlandsen (Tim), Tim and Brent Bayley. He is also survived by father who always put his children.

A rosary was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Gonzaga Prep Chapel (1224 E Euclid Ave, Spokane, WA 99207). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church (330 E Boone Ave, Spokane, WA 99202). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (7200 N Wall St, Spokane, WA 99208).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Gonzaga Prep High School or Cataldo Catholic School at St. Augustine.
