He is survived by: his siblings, Tino Ogaz of La Puente, California, Angela Sandoval of Pueblo Colorado, Rueben Ogaz of Las Vegas and Isabel Lopez of Pueblo, Colorado; and his son Daniel Ogaz. He is also survived by five grand-children.
