She is survived by: her father Tom Butterfield; her husband Jason; her daughter Semira; her stepmother Kellie Butterfield; her mother Raydene Hay; and her sisters, Jessi and Shawnda (Brandon McGonigal). She is also survived by brother RT, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
