He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack W. Olsen and Constance E. Olsen (Galloway); his wife Pamela Olsen; and his stepchildren, James Meek and Cheryl McLain.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Sponitz, Connie Olsen, Vickie Russel, Linda Cook, Terry Ray, Jack A. Olsen and Daryl Olsen; and his stepchildren, John Meek and Laura Day.
