He is survived by: his daughters, Grace Acre-Anzalone, Lilya Anzalone and Bailey Easton; his stepdaughter Cali Easton; his parents, Mike Anzalone and Leann Anzalone; and his siblings, Sarah Conley (Nate) and Kyle Anzalone (Deidre Curtis).
