He is survived by: his wife Cindy Carmichael; his daughters, Erin Martinson (Sugar Bear) and Jodie Nason (Jason); his grandchildren, Kayla Oxborough (Peanut), Michael Martinson and Wiley Adams (Rocko); his brother Darrell; and his brother-in-law Dan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
