He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Bagley and Juanita Miller Bagley; and his brother Mike Bagley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hildebrandt-Sulkosky; his son Brian Bagley of Walla Walla; his sister Cheryl Mahler of Aberdeen; and his granddaughter Summer. He is also survived by his 3 grandsons, 9 granddaughters, and 2 great-granddaughters.
