He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Sr. and Vera; his son Peter Eric; and his sister LaVonne. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Jack III (Ramona), Patrick (Michelle), James (Paula) and Richard (Jean); and his sister Sharon Cox. He is also survived by 4 grandsons, 1 great-grandson, 1 Great-granddaughter.
