We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2023, at the age of 79, Gary L. Mers of Spanaway, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allene Mae Mers (Judson) and Ed Mers; his aunt NeNe; and his brother-in-law Mike Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Paula Mers; his sister Gay Hughes of Riverton; his children, Shay McBride (Michael) of Seattle, Michelle Mers of Phoenix, Mike Mers (Lori) of Boise, Tavy Hostetter (Mike) of Spanaway and Brandi Musgrave (John) of Reno; his grandchildren, Meghan Ward, Bryce Mers, Shane Hostetter, London McBride, Talia Musgrave, Stacia Mers, Lola Musgrave and Zia Musgrave; his great grandchild Brynlee Ward; his nephew Drew Hughes; his beautiful boxer Aspen; and his pet Charley.
