It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debora E. Burks (Spanaway, Washington), who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Yvonne Anderson Martin and Charles W. Martin Sr. Debora; and her sibling Pouley Martin. She is survived by: her siblings, Leslie of Washington and Linda Martin; her sons, Eric Broadie (WA), Rufus Phillips and Shernā (GA); and her siblings, Charles W. Martin Jr., Tassie (MD), Nadine Bonds (OK), Yvette-Candi Jackson, Bill (MD), Artos Martin and Sara (VA). She is also survived by aunts, cousins, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and relatives.
