He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Taylor and Della Taylor (Stockton); his daughter Kimberly Gray; and his brothers, Dick and Jack Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Ida Aust; his daughter Sherrie Wonhoff (Greg); his grandchildren, Taylor Wonhoff (Jackie), McKell Abbott (Luke), Hunter and Karlee Gray; and his great grandchildren, Boone and Bruer Abbott.
