He is survived by: his children, Joshua Skaggs (Dana Cropp Davis) of Roanoke and Jade Skaggs Rocha (Art Rocha) of Converse, Texas; his grandchildren, Tyler Skaggs, Kaylee Leon, Skyler Elkins and Aiden Elkins; his brothers, Danny (Kara Skaggs) of San Antonio and Dennis (Gaye Skaggs) of Midland, Texas; and his nieces and nephews, Angela, Jeremy, Nathan, Jill, Jordan and Janae.
