She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Willard and Edith Burkett-Willard; her husband William Clark; her son-in-law Paul Hayslett; and her grandsons, Daniel Hector and Matthew Hayslett.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Clark, Donald Clark, Sandra Cole, Susan Clark, Daniel Clark, Lisa Hector, Roger Clark and Sonya Clark.
