He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Kinkade Bookter; his wife Jolynn Bookter; his father William Bookter; his stepfather William Latham; his brothers, John Bookter and Karl Bookter; his stepsister Flossie Spears; and his parents-in-law, Josie and Wayne Gaub.
He is survived by: his sons, Colby Allen Bookter of Bellevue and Quinin Lee Bookter of Renton, Washington; his brother Roy; and his siblings-in-law, Teresa Bookter of North Bend, Washington, Becky Bookter of San Angelo, Texas, Gordon Gaub of North Bend and Janice Gaub of Penn Yan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
