He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Roberta Roberts (Bert); his children, John Briggs, Chrystine Leonard (Snoqualmie), Lee Patrick Briggs (Renton) and Jane Venera (Ellensburg); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Leonard Philbrick, Jamie Leonard Caley, Anthony Venera, Talia Venera Mifflin and Daphne Guadalupe Briggs.
