She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Cornwell and Elacita Cornwell; her sisters, Anne and Joan; her husband James O Burns; her children, James C (Elizabeth) of Spring, TX, Anne Porcelli (Charles) of Lake Oswego, OR, Kate Sharp (Dave) of Snoqualmie, WA and Jeff (Melissa) of Lake Oswego, OR.; and her grandchildren, Dominic, Addison, Vanessa Porcelli, Alexa, Tanner, Macey Sharp and Todd Burns.
In 2020, with some health concerns and the Covid pandemic, Carol moved into her daughter Kate's home in Snoqualmie WA, where she enjoyed visits from friends and family.
